For more than a decade, P. Wexford's Pub has served the finest Irish pub fare and drink at their Modesto Restaurant. It's all here, a large selection of draft beers, bangers and mash, fish and chips, shepherd's pie, and corned beef and cabbage just to name a few. (Don't think real corned beef is a big deal? Try a Reuben Sandwich with the corned beef cut fresh from the brisket). Whether you're looking for live music, a great meal, or a place to enjoy your favorite sports team, P. Wexford's won't disappoint you. Make sure you try a Poor Boy, a draft Guinness mixed with raspberry hard cider (don't knock it, you purists, until you've tried it).

Their St Patrick's Day party is famous throughout the Central Valley. I think the line starts forming around February 3rd.
