Through the power of web-statistics, I learned that someone in the volatile Northwest Frontier of Pakistan accessed this website and read my story on the power of symbol and the Holocaust, a story that remains up on the Raving Dove Literary Journal. It is a strange juxtaposition indeed to think that an individual near the Khyber Pass might reach out to my site and read the story of a young boy learning for the first time about the power of symbols and the Holocaust.

This occurrence has humbled me as a writer. I stand amazed at the power of the internet and the ability of the digital word and eBooks to reach and influence humanity anywhere on earth.
