Schemes on Center Park Continue

(Note: My parents lived on Chestnut Street when I was born and some of my earliest memories are of the park and the fountain. I find it distressing to see that the very existence of this park comes under repeated attack, and that those attacks occasionally come from the political power structure of the town itself.
